We never expected New York State’s homeowner’s stimulus plan to go this fast. $40 million in no interest loans were offered to New Yorker’s in an effort to help homeowners increase their home’s energy efficiency. The response has been nothing short of incredible. There is a real possibility that the funds will be completely gone very soon.
These funds cover everything from heating and cooling systems, solar and attic insulation. Combined with very aggressive program incentives, now is the time to make your home more energy efficient and comfortable.
