Understand Your Energy Audit Report
At the end of every energy audit, we provide our customers with a complete Audit Report. This report details our findings about your home, such as where air leaks are and where weak spots in your insulation are causing inconsistent indoor temperatures. It also includes a list of recommended fixes to reduce energy consumption, boost home safety, and control moisture. Alongside this list, you’ll see an estimate of the energy savings our recommended fixes will likely generate.

Create a Plan with a Home Performance Expert
We understand that not every homeowner is ready to make every recommended energy efficiency upgrade immediately after the energy audit. A follow-up visit is also a great opportunity to talk to a home performance expert and prioritize which fixes to complete first, according to your budget. We’ll help you break down your list of recommended fixes into a plan that you and your family can manage.
For example, our team might recommend completing air sealing and insulation first because these upgrades are especially affordable. Air sealing and insulation will also provide energy bill savings that you can put towards future home improvements — such as a heating and air conditioning upgrade. Then, down the road, when your home is as efficient as possible, you can consider solar.
