Save with Rebates from PSEG Long Island
After you receive a free energy audit assessment from the certified experts at Green Team LI, you’ll be eligible for a number of valuable rebates from PSEG Long Island.
If you have oil, propane or electric heat or central AC, Get a 15% minimum rebate on any eligible energy efficiency measure that increases home comfort and energy savings, such as insulation or air sealing. Income-eligible homeowners may receive a 50% rebate up to $4,000. Some homeowners may even be eligible for a 100% rebate up to $4,000.
Get Low-Interest Financing with NYSERDA
Most homeowners are eligible to receive low-interest financing up to $25,000 through NYSERDA — a New York state-sponsored program that promotes energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. Interest rates are determined by income level. Most homeowner’s save as much as or more than their current monthly payment. And once the loan is repaid, you keep all the savings.
Town of Babylon Financing Program
If you live in the town of Babylon, there is a special low-interest program that can qualify you for $15,000 of program finances with NO credit check as long as you own your home. This can be used for new heating systems and energy efficiency upgrades like attic, wall and basement insulation.
